The powder compound feed (moisture content of about 13%) enters the feeder from the feed port, and makes the feeder reach a certain speed by manipulating the feeding motor. The powder is fed into the tempering cylinder with a suitable flow rate (that is, a certain output) by the winch. After being tempered by the tempering device, the powder is fed into the cylinder of the tempering device with a slow spindle speed (16.9rpm). The tempering device intermittently pushes the powder to move towards the discharge port. After a long period of gelatinization, it is fed into the granulator for granulation.
